On my days off from baking donuts, one of my favorite things to do is veganize recipes. I love challenging myself to make them even more amazing then share them with friends and family who inevitably say, "Are you sure this is vegan? It doesn't taste vegan!" Yes, yes, I'm sure.
In case you couldn't guess, I have a sweet tooth, but I also like to use healthier ingredients when enjoying a sweet treat. This smoothie delivers. It has dates, banana, peanut butter, cocoa and almond milk coffee. Perfectly sweet, a little healthy and definitely delicious.
